It’s ok not to…

…snack!

How many times have I heard “My child eats very little lunch and dinner, I don’t understand why, I spend all my day cooking”.What this parent is most likely forgetting to mention is the copious amount of snacks given throughout the day.

Biscuits,cucumber,cereal bars,fruits,crisps,rice cakes…

How about sticking to the meals, and let your child be a bit hungry when the time comes to sit at the table and eat proper food. The more food you give in between meals, the less they will eat what is actually good for them, and I want to mention the importance of sharing meals together as a family.

So STOP FEEDING YOUR KID ALL DAY!
