Mezcal…my new addiction! And when two of your great friends are bartenders, you have to learn how to make cocktails properly. So at 2am on a saturday night, it was lesson time!
Paolo Telesca was generous enough to share with me, and now with you one of his beautiful balanced cockails. Here is the recipe:
35ml Tequila Anejo
25ml Agave nectar
3 dashes Angostura bitters
x1 Orange zest (squeezed and twist) for garnish
Oh and because we are all mad in here, add a dried worm or two!
